Chicago Media Center @ Polk is owned by Ten X Capital Partners III, LLC, the third in a growing series of private equity funds owned and operated by Ten X Capital Partners Companies (TXCP).  TXCP operates out of Lisle, IL.  The funds invest opportunistically in both debt and equity, and in any market sector.  Each fund is organized to exploit a general investment theme, and actively seeks to identify, assemble, and leverage potential business synergies within a particular portfolio.

Chicago Media Center @ Polk has strategic relationships with real estate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, facility managers, network providers, utility companies and equipment suppliers to build and operate modular network equipment space for lease to telecom and enterprise companies.  Chicago Media Center @ Polk and its partners have designed, developed, operated and leased over 10 million square feet of telecom/technology space.  TXCP bring their knowledge and expertise to Chicago Media Center @ Polk.
